Google plus gives you the option to have your own username, the same as Facebook does. Whereas Facebook requires you to have 25 friends, or if your a business page 25 fans before you can create your username, Google plus allows you to create your unique name straight away.
Here’s how to do it:
sign into your Google plus account and get your individual account user number. You can get this on the browser URL bar, if it’s not there click on your name on the left hand pane just above the welcome and circles, it will then be in your browser bar and should look something like this.
https://plus.google.com/115698022805813649600/
All you need is the number.
Go to http://gplus.to
Enter your desired nickname, try and keep them the same as Facebook/Twitter or any other social medias site that you use, especially if your account is for your business so that it all has the same corporate branding.
